The space
The caravan itself boasts double glazing; central heating and a large open plan living-room and kitchen/dining area. There are 3 bedrooms with one double and 2 twin rooms, with accommodation for 8 guests.
The caravan also contains 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and another separate toilet. The kitchen is open plan with a full size fridge freezer, gas oven and ample storage areas.
Provided in the Living-room area is a 32” flat-screen TV with free-view and DVD player. The larger of the two sofas folds out into a double bed creating more sleeping accommodation.
The caravan also offers French doors in the living area, leading out into a private enclosed decking area with table and chairs for outside dining in those warm summer nights.

The Neighbourhood

It’s the perfect base to explore East Lothian & Edinburgh, only 30 min drive from Edinburgh with regular buses at the entrance of the park into the capital, including services via Edinburgh Zoo.
The site is located on Scotland's Golf Coast Road which is perfect for playing any of the Golf Courses in East Lothian. Seton Sands resort has ample on-site facilities which include; heated pool, bar, restaurant, with nightly cabaret & show bar, large amusement area, children's climbing arena, children's play park, buggy/kart hire, bungee, trampoline, pool tables, mini golf, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, football pitches, archery, there is an onsite chip shop, also launderette and Spar convenience store. Opposite Seton Sands holiday village is access to the beach, which boasts spectacular views with organised activities for both adults & children. There's a beautiful National nature trail which lies alongside the resort and all around the new golf course.
